New Media Marketing Conference, Day 2
We got off to a slightly later start this morning, with some crazy Joburg traffic, but thanks to Twitter we were able to stop Vincent from starting his presentation before we arrived. A few minutes later, Vincent was in Keynote heaven and the day moved swiftly on:

- Tyler Reed – Younique – Technology, new media and the youth’s point of view
- Lize Esterhuizen – Stellenbosch University – Creating a connected academic environment
- Paul Jacobson – Jacobson Attorneys – New media and technology law
- Patrick Collings – Sagacite Brand Agency – Virtuality and the rise of the avatar
- Allan Kent – AtPlay – Integrated marketing
- Leon Orsmond – Osmosis – Viral strategies
And that’s a wrap. We’re heading home, really chuffed at two days well spent: some of it on some very engaging, informative presentations, and much of it on getting to know people better. Oh yes, and some of it was also spent covering the event. Glad that it provided some value
